At Shree Ganesh Jewellers, we are committed to delivering your beautiful high purity gold jewellery safely and promptly. This page outlines our shipping methods and returns policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Custom-made or made-to-order items (including most bridal sets, special designs, and heavy pieces) require 7–21 business days for production. We will notify you of the expected timeline upon order confirmation.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Click & Collect (Brisbane)

We offer free Click & Collect from our Chermside showroom.

• Ready Time: Most orders are ready for collection within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Custom-made or made-to-order items will take longer (usually 7–21 business days).
• You will receive an SMS and/or email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring a photo ID and a proof of your order when collecting your jewellery.

Important Shipping Information

• High-value gold jewellery orders may require signature on delivery for security.
• Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon delivery.
• Delivery times are estimates only and subject to Australia Post delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external events.
• We recommend insuring high-value items during transit where possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. All goods come with non-excludable guarantees (acceptable quality, fit for purpose, etc.). For faulty items, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the failure.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer 21 days from the date of delivery for change of mind returns, provided the item meets all the following conditions:

• The item is in its original condition and unused.
• Original packaging, tags, and certificates are intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Non-returnable items (Change of Mind):

• Custom-made or made-to-order jewellery
• Engraved or resized items
• Pierced earrings / Jhumkas / nose pins (hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been worn or altered
• Gold chains cut to length

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us within 21 days at +61452349433 or via email with your order number and reason.
2. Ship the item back (customer pays return postage unless faulty).
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In-store returns at our Chermside showroom are preferred for faster processing.

Faulty / Warranty Items

• Items found to have manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
• We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on all handcrafted pieces (excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage).
• For high-value items, we may require assessment at our Brisbane workshop.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items).
• Partial refunds may apply for used or missing original packaging items at our discretion.

• Requires a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%).
• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Minor design adjustments may be possible before production starts.

• All returns are subject to quality inspection at our Chermside store.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
• For gold buy-back or exchange of old jewellery, separate terms apply here. Please contact us directly.
